Payment & Transactions

Airtime and data purchases are delivered within 10-30 seconds. Bill payments typically take 2-5 minutes, depending on the service provider's system.
Failed transactions are automatically refunded to your wallet within 5-10 minutes. If you don't receive a refund, contact our support team immediately.
Refunds are processed for failed transactions only. Successful transactions cannot be reversed. Please double-check all details before confirming any transaction.
